Sporting CP in 2001/03

Sporting Clube de Portugal's 96th season in existence marked the club's 68th consecutive campaign in the top flight of Portuguese football. The 2001–02 season saw participation across three competitions: the domestic league, the Taça de Portugal and the UEFA Cup. The club progressed through the first, second and third rounds of the UEFA Cup during a season that ran from 1 July 2001 to 30 June 2002.
